The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are fine, and to the level I would expect from a 2-star hotel. The price of our stay has been very reasonable, and there is a 24-hour garage next door which is very handy for picking up refreshments. I have no hesitation in recommending the Metro Inns if you are looking for a budget friendly option in a good location.
Booked 5 Rooms for 3 days. Amazing hospitality. Staff were super helpful and courteous. It is what it says on the tin. A clean budget hotel with all the basic amenities you'd need. The rooms were spotless on arrival and were cleaned well everyday while we were there. Checking in and out took minutes. Lovely Starbucks and 24 hour Spar next door, not to mention super comfy beds. 5 Stars!!
Does what it says on the tin! It's not the Ritz, nor does it pretend to be, but the rooms are clean, very well fitted out - TV, fridge, microwave, comfy beds and decent bathrooms. The receptionist are lovely and friendly, it's disabled-friendly and there's a 24hr Spar just a few yards away. What more could you ask for their very reasonable prices?
This is a 2 star hotel , but i don't know how it even got that. The reception staff are good but the rooms are diabolical. Everything is filthy, broken and completely run down. The mattresses are probably the worst ive ever felt.
Cheapest place to stay in the area at short notice, old worn fixtures and fittings but everything was clean, met two staff and both friendly and helpful, not recommended for a romantic getaway but way better than the back seat of the car (I'm 6'4"!) if you just need a cheap place to stay). (Some joker had left the heating on full blast so it was like opening an oven door when I arrived!).
Now this gets high points for location price is cheap and the room has everything I needed even fridge and microwave and it was clean the only thing that would say was could do with spot paint here and their and a vinyl wrap on desk to tidy it up but I was more then happy get our head down with a good night sleep me and my wife was very happy. the receptionist man was helpful and was a great meet and greeter polite and friendly so to sum up rooms could do with tidy decorating but everything else fit for purpose many thanks

I have stayed here at least 6 times over last few weeks and it has been an absolute pleasure. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone
